Valerie June to play Latitude 2014

 After her spectacular performance last year on the Lake Stage, roots songstress Valerie June is returning to play Latitude Festival 2014.

Valerie June’s unique blend of blues, folk, gospel, soul, Appalachian and bluegrass is the perfect banjo filled accompaniment to any summer festival line up. Joining Valerie are festival headliners Two Door Cinema Club and Damon Albarn, along with Billy Bragg who just this week joined dan le sac vs Scroobius Pip for a rendition of ‘To Have and To Have Not’ at the first of their sold out London shows.

Any festival performance from Valerie is sure to transport you to the heart of Nashville from the relative comfort of an English field, so be sure not to miss her set if you’re planning on heading to Latitude.
